Facing the magnificent panorama of La Tournette and the Aravis mountain range, our chalet is just 50 m from the slopes. Located on the Col de la Croix Fry, between the village of Manigod and La Clusaz, this 42m² gite (14m² attic) with independent entrance, is on the 2nd floor of a chalet comprising the owners' living quarters and another gite.
Equipped kitchen opening onto living room (pull-out sofa bed) with access to balcony offering magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and ski slopes in winter. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140cm). Bathroom (bath, washing machine), separate WC.
Bed linen provided. South-facing terrace on lower level with garden furniture and barbecue. Ski locker. Unlimited access to the indoor swimming pool (according to opening dates and times) in the owners' hotel opposite the chalet.
Activities: Ski (La Croix Fry-Merdassier linked to La Clusaz ski area) on site, La Clusaz 8km away (all shops and numerous activities, access possible by shuttle bus in winter), Lake Annecy, beaches 27km, Annecy 33km. Numerous summer/winter hikes depart from the chalet.
